Most guests are surprised by the size of the house - and appreciate the parking and quiet location. 

We have a large bright living room with double aspect windows, lots of space to relax and a flatscreen Freesat TV with iPlayer etc. High speed fibre broadband (wifi) works throughout the property.

The bedrooms and family bathroom are on the first floor. There is an additional toilet/cloakroom downstairs.

We have a play area on the large upstairs landing with a dolls' house for little ones.

At the back there is a courtyard garden with outdoor furniture - a lovely sunny spot for breakfast! The two private off-road parking spaces are right outside.

There is space to store bikes (at your own risk) in the downstairs utility area if you want to ride the Viking Coastal Trail - a safe, easy coastal route that runs to Broadstairs and beyond.

A travel cot and high chair are provided - just bring your own cot bedding.
